We ensure preserving the interests of our users under our trademark policy. This policy covers the unquestionable display of sources, quality, and security. The products, content, images, logos, or anything related to Eminenture Technologies are owned by or licensed to Eminenture Private Limited.

PERMISSION

This policy mandates acquiring a trademark licence for using any of our products. This policy does not permit any user to use it by default. Besides, we do not approve open-source use cases.

We ensure that our logos and taglines are unique. Online users are barred from using similar to our trademarks on their websites without our written consent. These logos, names, and trademarks solely belong to our company.

EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS

- You may use our trademarked logos for relating or referring Eminenture or Eminenture Technologies’ website, logos, services, and other products.

- You may use our products without a trademark licence by integrating “Powered by Eminenture Pvt. Ltd. or Eminenture Technologies’ logo” in the footer of each page of your website. The logo should also have a live link to www.eminenturetech.com.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR USE

Trademarks reserved and registered by Eminenture®.

In case of using any of our trademarks, use ® with it. It clearly sends a message to third parties that the used trademarks are reserved for our company originally.

Notify before using our trademarks

The intended users may use our trademarks by sending an intimated statement. It should read like this:

“www.eminenturetech.com is a registered trademark of Eminenture Pvt. Ltd. All Rights Reserved.”

Ensure that this statement must be readable clearly at the footer of the website or, the end of the advertisement or publication. You may choose to highlight only those trademarks that you are using specifically. Also, the used product must have a live link to our website(s).

Use our trademarks only as adjectives

Our all trademarks are adjectives. Therefore, users shall use our all products, services, content, or other ones likewise.

Use our trademarks less prominently than your own

Except for some permitted expressions, you shall use our trademarks less prominently than that of your own products.

No alterations in spelling and appearance of Eminenture Marks

It is strictly disapproved to abbreviate, hyphenate, create acronyms, capitalization, or change the appearance/ spelling; add or delete alphabet in any words or spacing; change colour or proportion, or/ otherwise edit the logo or its original design in any way.

Avoid registering a domain name with Eminenture Technologies

Your domain names shall not be named with our official company name or other words that come under our trademarks. Creating confusion due to similarity, as outsourcingtoeminenture.org shall be objectionable. It will be offensive and prosecutable.

Avoid using any of Eminenture Technologies trademarks as your own

Any use, incorporation, combining, or registering in whole or a part of our company's trademarked services, products, or designs shall be considered offensive. It shall not be confusingly similar to our own company names, trade, trademarks, service marks, or logos. As doing so shall be prosecutable, avoid using any of them for sales reps or other staff, internet keywords, or meta tags.

Avoid endorsing or sponsoring in our name

The user must take permission in writing over the consent of Eminenture for using our Marks for being an affiliate. The same rule is applicable to the endorsement and sponsorships granted by our BPM Company. We use trademarks for distributing our publications in India and all across the globe. These trademarks are featured on social media as well as other professional sites. We aspire to provide exclusive knowledge to make our clients aware of the unique mechanisms we offer in running their business in a better way.

Avoid derogatory use of our trademarks

The user shall not use our trademarks in derogatory terms that can damage our products, services or brand integrity. Any kind of defamation shall be illegal or unethical.

COPYRIGHT LAW

Reproduction of our trademarked products is strictly off-limit in accordance with the copyright notice. The violation of our copyright trademarks or other copyrighted material found on another source other than the ones related to our company shall result in litigation according to the international copyright law.

These trademark guidelines are specifically defined for our customers and users. Comprehending and going through it is their responsibility.
