Every customer has the right to raise a claim for maximum satisfaction with the services offered by us. All of them can claim it by sending an email to info@eminenturetech.com. Specifying your grievances along with the reasons for dissatisfaction in the context of the service & order details would be welcomed. Our sales & administration team will verify the claim. Upon finding that your reasons & grievances are genuine, we won’t make further delays. The refund will be approved immediately to correct the situation. Such delay or grievance should be attributable to the services of Eminenture Technologies. The elements of the service should come in the operational scope of our organisation.

Any delay on account of banking discrepancies or external factors, change in trademarks, Law or Statute, and in procedures prescribed by the relevant authorities or agencies or the relevant authority or third-party vendors shall not be considered under the Guarantee Claim. These are the factors beyond the control of our company/ website.

Eminenture Technologies shall not be responsible for any delay caused due to your reasons like delayed requests or delays in reported discrepancies. Such claims shall not be covered under the refund policy.

We do not guarantee any requisite results of the process where third-party agencies or vendors or hosts are involved. Nor do we guarantee satisfaction if the reason for dissatisfaction is beyond our control or changes in the external factors. Such requests for refund are beyond the control of Eminenture Technologies. We shall not be liable to reimburse for the same. You would be responsible to raise a request for a refund.

Change of Service

In case, you add on or change your services from the agreed one with another service offered by Eminenture Technologies, we recommend you raise a request for a refund within a stipulated time. It would be mentioned on the agreement provided by our company.

The fee paid for the original order after deducting the transactional charges, affiliate fees, or any other fee borne by any third-party vendor shall be dully adjusted against your new order (which can be any of our digital products or services). Any additional fee for the new service shall be payable by you. We shall accept the request for the change of service. It would be mentioned in a fresh agreement drafted by us and signed by both of us.
